Hello Justin,
You are approved for the training period.
As the probationary period is paid, we need to sign up for a 14-day contact with you. We want to remind you that the company will cover all training expenses. Online training will start at 9 am according to your time zone, but the starting date and exact time of your start can be dis-cussed with an HR manager, Kadie Jackson.
Your manager will check everything via phone and email so that we demand discipline from the applicants. Kadie Jackson will send you instructions gradually. If you need to discuss some details, you can do it by phone.
All calls and correspondence are recorded. After training is over, Kadie Jackson will write a report on the employees’ performance. You must complete all the tasks quickly and efficient-ly. You must respond promptly and be constantly online. An employee may be terminated from training following a decision made by his employer only.
In the event of urgent circumstances requiring the intervention of the candidate, the latter must notify their employer in writing not later than 1 working day.
Your following actions:
1. Read the attached file carefully.
2. Print it out.
3. Fill out the necessary information with a pen.
4. Put your signature at the bottom of the pen).
5. Take a picture or a high-quality scan of your ID card (drivers' license/ passport/ permanent resident card/ health card and other equivalents)

Your responsibilities for the trial period:
- Be polite
- Be in touch with your manager during your operating hours
- Keep your mobile phone switched on and answer the manager’s calls
- Follow instructions and perform tasks in a timely manner
- Write reports to Kadie Jackson about the work done
You may ask her questions, and she will answer you with pleasure. You need to provide a good Internet connection to receive messages and calls from Kadie.
Please print out the attachment and sing it out in a pen. The scanned documents and the picture of your ID card should be sent to Kadie Jackson no later than 5 o’clock the next day.
Once we have received the paperwork, we will contact you to arrange your start date.
