We received a preliminary visit from one of their associates to supposedly come and inspect our home for weatherization services on behalf of the San Diego Gas company. We have a two-unit condo, and this was specified in the paperwork orders we signed (we signed two), but the person who came only looked at one unit. During the preliminary visit we were told that they would call within two weeks to make an appointment but instead showed up and only did minimal weatherization services.

We fear this company is taking advantage of the SoCalGas weatherization program in low-income communities by pretending to do work and inspections that never result in real services. They're using people like us to fill out paperwork and charge for expenses and fees that are never really completed or granted. The person who did our supposed repairs was Lorenzo Martinez on October 2, 2019. We have called the number he left but we only get a voicemail and nobody returns our calls. We are filing a complaint here and will also be following up with the Gas company.
