FRAUD - FAKE AT&T Rep "August 8, 2017. My company received a call from this number and they said they were just calling to let us know that our phone bill rates would be lowered. I get numerous calls like this and asked the caller to remove our phone number from their call list and he said that he couldn't he worked in a call center. I asked for the name of his company that I wanted to report the call. He said that he was with TelPlex and wouldn't give me the phone number that I could look at my caller ID. I told him that he was a 3rd party solicitor and not to make any changes to our account. He said that I was misinformed and that they had permission from AT&T and that I was ignorant. Caller ID was 987-654-3210."
