they keep saying to wait 2-3 more weeks for parcel to be sent and now its been over a year and nothing has changed still haven't received my package

I bought a box back in January 2020 and paid $100NZD and check the tracking basically every day. And emailed them once it got around to March and go the old because of COVID B.S when yet I’m still receiving nationwide shipping from Places. It is now October and they haven’t emailed me back about nothing and my tracking number expired months ago. Anyone know how I can go about this?

Purchased a gamer box for tekibox.com back in February 3rd, 2020 for about $60.00 as of today August 24, 2020 still have not received it. I emailed them back on April 29th, 2020 and got a message saying due to covid it is now on its way still did not show would really like a refund for this but now the site has been removed.

Just like everyone else here I purchased a couple boxes from this crap company. I bought them for my two boys back on Feb 3. Havent received anything and frankly have just given up on it. Only get automated responses when I have emailed them and now come to find out their website is down, gone, or removed. One of the three. I actually threatened them with bringing legal charges against them and still got the same bogus automated response about them not being able to do anything until the packages get to the states. Thats when I knew something was up. I think its too late to get my money back, but going to go talk to my bank anyway to find out.

I ordered on February 4th. Around 2 months into the order I contacted them and got a response that my order was indeed on its way and was just slow due to everything.. its now been another 2 months and thus far no response from them.

It’s been over a month since I order I have not received anything and I’m paid for four box. I email twice and got an automated response from them.

Complete and utter scam. They reported that these boxes were stopped at customs back in Feb, then blamed covid. One had said it was already shipped. I've yet to get them. The domain was also taken down.

I am like the rest of the above complaints. I also ordered back in January. Got a email stating it's on the way. Get another email saying it was stopped at customs and they paid for whatever. I just tried to go to the website and get a Shopify buy domain webpage. Utter scam. I now have to go through to my credit card to dispute charge. I also get expired tracking number when I put the tracking # in! Don't waste you time.

I ordered 2 boxes in early February and still have not recieved my packages. I have been in contact with them monthly and they told me it was stopped at customs but they took care of it and it is on it's way. It has now been another month and no more info. I told them I wanted a refund and they said they cant till I get the boxes die to their return policy. They also told me not to open the boxes when they get here if I want to return them. This is a total scam. DO NOT BUY!

i got two boxes from the for $107 with shipping and like everyone else is saying. as they advertised it was going to be $500 worth so with two of they it should add up to $1000 worth of stuff nope.. first i got one package with two things it in a smart bulb that i can get for $10 and a mouse pad from china that i can get on wish for $2..

This website promises a $500 value of items for only $59.95. I ordered my mystery box on February 16th, on March 5th I sent an email to Teki Box to see what the hold up was, they responded saying that shipments are on the way. I checked the tracking site they have set up through a third party and they hadn't even prossessed my order until the 5th after I had emailed them. The package was coming from China and would take about 2-3 weeks to get to me. So I asked if I could cancel my order, my response was that it had already been shipped and could not be canceled, but that I could receive the package and not open it to start the return process. When I finally received the package on March 28th I emailed them again asking to start the return process to which they responed "Sorry to inform you, as per our refund policy we do not issue any sort of refunds or returns on any sale items." mind you they only sale one item and thet very item has been on sale since February and the site at that time stated the box use to cost $500 however it now says the box is on sale from $89.95 to $59.95 and that the sale will end at midnight, which is a complete lie as it has been saying that for 2 weeks now.

This company is a complete scam and they have stopped responding to my emails and they do not have a phone number to call even though I have repeatedly asked for a number and or manager to speak to.

I have given up and opened the box to find that the item I have received is only worth $1-$7 and found the exact item on www.aliexpress.com.

On the website it says I will receive two-three items and I only got the one item. This company is really frustrating me, they should not be allowed to do this to people.

In January I ordered 4 boxes at full price I paid extra for express shipping and then 2 more at their discount rate of like 44.95 so over 300 dollars as of date of Writing this I have not even so much gotten a working tracking number. I am going next week and having the the charges on my card reversed. Total scam please please please do not fall for this scam.

Advertised 500.00 per box for $50.00 per surprise box. It. Came back as about 30.00 worth of stuff that was made in china trash. When I contacted them they said you took your chances...that was not the case. They said $500.00 for $50.00.and made reports of it being gaming chairs and x box. HUGE SCAM.
