I purchased an item that never came. The only communication I had w/the company was through email. They told me they would re-send my product & asked if I would give permission to sign this time once the product arrived, which it didn't. I asked for a refund & they keep sending me automatic responses that are repetitive because they are the same messages but from different name's.

I purchased from website: shoes and clothes. I received one ring that was not ordered. I didn’t realize that was supposed to be my order until I searched the internet and a person from Canada received the same ring in lieu of items purchased.
