Too late for me. I ordered and paid $34.95 for 10 masks on 4/10/2020. Money was deducted immediately from my account. I have sent requests for info on 4/20/2020 and again today, 5/7/2020. I don’t expect to get any masks or my money back at this point. Will report to Facebook. Maybe get them off of Facebook. Geralyn M.

Ordered 50 masks for $64.95 on 4/4/20 and the money was taken out of my account immediately. Tracking did not work and the email that was attached came back with an error. It also appears that their address changed to New Mexico between the time that I ordered and a couple of weeks ago. Do not order from them. It is a scam!

Like Anthony B, all the above. I ordered 4/20 and paid extra postage for 2 boxes of masks. The same day it was taken out of my account, $128.36. Can't track my order, get a 404, the page doesn't exist. Haven't heard from them. When I looked at Teenimal yesterday the site has an email [email protected] No response back. I'm sick to my stomach. They sent a reply to my inquiry shortly after I sent them an email and in their reply they still insist that I will be getting my order however it has been delayed due to the amount of orders they have receiving because of COVID 19. I hope that the email was honest and that I will get my order of facemasks.

I did get a reply via email from their [email protected] website shortly after I sent them an inquiry as to what happened to my online order for facemask. The reply is that they still guarantee that they will "deliver the order as quickly as possible".
Here is a copy of what their reply to me.

We guarantee to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Currently the number of orders is beyond our ability to arrange so it will be slower than usual. Besides, the pandemic also affected the shipping time of USPS.

We have donated more than 60% of our masks to hospitals and are currently prioritizing transportation of masks to nursing homes, where there is a shortage of masks to prevent disease.

We sincerely apologize for the delay. Once again we guarantee that you will receive a mask as soon as possible.

I ordered 10 facemasks for my use due to the cornona virus and was charged a little over $34 via Credit Card. It was supposed to be shipped with a day or two. They were also supposed to send me a shipping number which they didn't send. I do have an order number but there order tracking page doesn't respond and now the order tracking page was taken off of the net. They still have their webpage however and they are still trying to sell merchandise. They were giving an address in New Mexico but I had my Credit Card charged to a company in Germany. Don't order from teenimal.com

Same thing. Bought 50 masks for $64.50 and added a faster delivery for $4.50, so total of $69 on April 18th, 2020. Delivery was supposed to take 3-5 days because I paid extra for delivery. They advertise free delivery on everything on their site. I new it was a little strange when I couldn't track my order via shipping companies and I had to download the app called Arrive. I have no tracking info about the order and I'm unable to contact the company. I'm cancelling my payment for sure.

Placed an order on April 10th, 2020 for 100 masks with rush shipping. Still waiting for the order. Can not contact Teenimal. Contact address, Tracking system and email do not work. After many tries I finally received a notice in the tracking system to contact their customer support, however that address does not work.

I made the mistake of ordering 50 masks from them for $64.95. I later looked them up and found that they are a scam company. I emailed them and received a failure notice...email does not exist. I then attempted to reply to the confirmation email they sent me (which they advised to do if I had questions) and that was a failure as well. Going to try and cancel the credit card purchase.

Same as above I ordered masks paid $69.90 In 4/12/20 and haven’t received or updated on my order I tried to email and email failure returned. This is a scam site DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
They take advantage of people during this pandemic and scam for $$ from trusting people.

I bought items to be used in the corona virus pandemic. I paid extra for faster shipping, which they claimed would take place the day after the order was taken. To enquire about the delay, I tried contacting them. This company cannot be contacted by the means provided in its website. There was no way to track the progress of the shipment. Their address says they are located in New Mexico but the zip code is in Mexico. The email addresses provided did not work; the emails were returned to me. The "chat" feature said they would get to me ASAP but I never heard back.

website changes it business address from wa state, now to 447 Mark Walks North David, NM 86584. If you try google maps, or zillow the address does not appear or exist. they offer fast shipping, but once they have your payment, you will never get your item you ordered. The [email protected] does not work. The facebook page messenger no response. They remove your negative post on the face book page.

The scammer offered Face Masks, 50 for $64.95 to be shipped within 18 hrs. Additionally, he advertised that the company was in the US. I received a confirmation by email within 24 hrs. When I didn't receive my order for several days, I went on his website, www.teenimal.com, to find contact information. It was listed as [email protected]. and encouraged any questions about the order. I listed my order # (14944) and wrote about my concerns. I received an error message back saying my message could not be delivered. The email was an additional scam.
