I placed an order for two shirts on 9/5 on their website which says it ships in 4-6 business days. The order still has not shipped and I’ve reached out several times to ask for my order to be cancelled considering it has been two months at this point and they won’t voluntarily give me information. Their policy is that they refuse to cancel unprocessed orders which is strange but acceptable if they ship within a reasonable timeline. However, it’s been months and I only get updates when I hound them and the updates are just that it’s shipping soon and then it never actually ships. They say they moved warehouses and that’s what the delay is but two months is absurd. I’m happy to just cancel the order and move on considering the delay on the sellers end, but they refuse. I’m beginning to think this business is a scam where they give excuses only when hounded for information about order delays and actually just hope people forget they paid them. (There is NO contact information on their website)

Items are never shipped, customer service always says the order is being “processed”. They have been using the excuse of moving warehouses for MANY months. You will NEVER receive an update on your order because it will NEVER come. Take the initiative and report them to the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI Internet Crime complaint page.

I ordered a T-shirt the company's website advertises all shirts in stock and ready to ship. It's been almost a month they emailed me stating they recently changed warehouses and that was the reason for the delay. When I replied with a screenshot of what their website states they stopped responding to my emails and they changed their website banner. My shirt has still not shipped and I have read on social media this is the same excuse they have been using for at least 8 months

Teen Hearts prompts funny, relatable T-shirts. They state they are a “family owned company running since 2012”. All of their pages and websites were just created. All of the positive reviews and comments are made by fake Facebook account.

Hundreds of people have placed orders since January 2023 and no one has received their order including myself.

They pretend they are working on your order and take your money. You will never receive your order.

Don’t fall for them! TeenHearts is a scammer website!

I placed an order for clothing on their website after seeing their advertisement on Facebook. They emailed me a receipt on 13 April after the order and the money was charged to my credit card. I have emailed their support page 4 times to try and get shipping information. They send an automated email back saying that they will respond within 48-72 hours, but no one has ever responded. There is no contact info or phone number other than [email protected], which no one answers, so I can’t get any info about my order or a refund. No info given as of 08may23
