Said my product shipped and gave me a tracking number but item had velvet been picked up bi tracking number.
Email address keeps saying be patient, they are a smile business. Item has not arrived in time period given and now I’m not Receiving responses from them at all. No response in last 6 days.
Tried searching reviews. Social media is fake or not active. Company came up as scammer through Google customer review.
Just filed claim with my bank.
