After placing an order online and never receving it I tried contacting them but never received a response. I looked on their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/teeki.life) and found that people all have had the same experience since 2019 and they had continued to advertise their products and take orders. The biggest push they were selling were heavily discounted gift cards, which of course is because they stopped shipping out product and also had no intention of fulfilling actual orders.

I ordered items on the Teeki.com website December 2, 2019 in the amount of $83.88. I received a confirmation of my order stating that the order was processing and shipping should be 2-4 weeks. It is now February 11, 2020 and I haven't received my order or any further correspondence since placing that order on 12/2/19. I have emailed several times with no response and there is no sign of a phone number on their website to even call. They shut comments off on the their Instagram posts and haven't posted a thing since December. I truly believe at this point that something isn't right; someone must be using their name to have loyal customers shop on the website and take our money. I have never had an issue with ordering from Teeki in the past. I have always received my orders within 2 weeks time with plenty of communication. Something is very wrong here. I have basically given up on the thought that I'll ever receive my items or my money back. Somebody please look into this company - clearly it's fraudulent.

Bought a gift card and used it for purchase on 4 Dec 2019 but have not received any news on fulfilling my order. Please take action against this business scammer for scamming our money

I placed an order online with this company on November 16th. I received an order confirmation email. Stating that my order would take 2-4 weeks to ship. It has been 2 months. No delivery of the order. I have emailed the company numerous times. No reply. I found a phone number for their company listed on their Instagram account. It is out of service. I looked on their Facebook page. I saw that multiple people have the same issue. Placing orders and none being delivered and no response to inquiries. I’ve shopped with this company a few times in the past and have had no problem with them. Have they been hacked? Is the company going out of business? But the website is still active and taking orders? Looking for some help please.
