i have placed an order for a few shirts they used to be a real business and would send things right away but now they will just take you money and never send anything.

I ordered $170 worth of shirts from this company and never received them. I also never received any response to the multiple emails I sent regarding where the products I ordered were. Upon reading their facebook page, I saw that this has happened to 100's of others, possible more. This company is still sending out daily emails and taking orders and taking peoples money and it has no intention of filling the orders

I ordered some shirts from this company at the beginning of July and heard nothing from the company even though they processed my payment immediately. In the middle of August I sent an email to their customer service department which sent an automated response that they would reply in two weeks. I heard nothing so I sent another email and another the next week of nonresponsiveness. On Aug 28th they sent an email saying the product has shipped. I checked the tracking on the shipment and it just gave me an error message. I paid for three day shipping on one of the orders and as of September 5th still haven't received it.

I purchased a shirt on on june 28th. After waiting two weeks and still not receiving any shipping confirmation I sent them a request on their website to find out what was wrong with my order. It said to wait 24-48 hours for a response. I got nothing. Another week went by and I sent a second request which they did respond to saying they were having issues with their system, but I should be receiving my shipping confirmation within 48 hours. I got nothing. I waited another week to send a third request, I got a request receipt saying I would get a response in up to two weeks. I waited two weeks and 3 days still never heard from them. Here I am almost two months later with no trace of my item. They happily took my money, but I have no idea where my item is. Please help.

I ordered a shirt from this company on June 21st. They took my money immediately. Never heard anything from them. I submitted a ticket on July 7th and was told my ticket would get a response within 48 hours. None came. It's been well over a month and they finally published some information to their Facebook saying their E-commerce site is having issues and they are changing management. I can understand problems with transitions but they continue to post new products and sell them via their website while people have not gotten orders from March. They continue to charge people immediately for their purchase and sell products without ever fulfilling any of these orders.

I made orders on 29 of June and 10 of July. Can’t get in contact with anyone. No one responds on phone numbers or customer service tickets. My money is theirs and I can’t get in touch with anyone. Have to wait until Aug 2 for PayPal to do anything.
