4/13 8:51AM. Received a phone call from Royal Oak, MI. Male person with heavy Indian accent asked if i could get to my computer as there were issues reported at 3:35AM this morning for my computer. I played his game & asked what company he worked for & he said "Tech Support for Windows" I told him Windows was an operating system not a company. I asked for his name & he said Jeffrey Beers. I asked for a phone # and he said it was the normal 800# for Tech Support. He was adamant that i go to my computer and press the Control key and hold it down and then press the R key. I told him I had no intention of playing his scam and exactly what i thought about him. I then blocked that # and then received a call from "Jeffrey Beers" 212.777.3455. I did not answer and blocked that # as well.
