I did not receive a T-shirt I ordered on October 12th, 2017 (order #1218). My account was billed on October 13th.

I have sent e-mails to [email protected] which was listed on an e-mail I received on 10/12 which confirmed my order. I have also sent numerous e-mails to: [email protected], & [email protected], which I found on their website. I have not received any responses to these emails.

I have also called the toll free number listed on the website (the only phone number listed there):

"Got a Question? Call Us 1-844-874-8623 Mon-Sat 9am-6pm Eastern"

The person responding to that call informed me that they have no way of looking up my order. They stated that they provide shipping support for thousands of companies & this company should not have put their toll-free number on its website.

They have now changed their web1site, & list a different address & phone number:

Call Us at +(613) 783-6569 xxxx N K2T 1G7, Canada

I called that number & it is for a company called “Snugglebug”. They are indeed located in Canada, & have no connection to TeeBoot.

TeeBoot continues to list this contact e-mail: [email protected]. This e-mail is listed with both upper & lower case “S” in different places on their website, & I have sent e-mails using both.

As you can see, this has been very frustrating & time consuming, & I don’t suppose there’s anything you can do about it.
