Ordered a print on canvas for total of 46.00 emailed them and said they are a scam and I want my charge reversed. Have not heard back
I said I was going to call the Attorney general's office.

I placed an order for a Bob Dylan print on canvas. It has now been a week with no tracking number. I emailed them and said they are a scam and that they do not have an address for their business. I emailed and said if they do not refund my money back I will call the Attorney general's office. I can't believe I placed this order without looking at the company.

Takes your money and doesn't send product then will ignore your emails when you call em on it.

I ordered a 49ers coat for my husband 12/23/19. I never received the item. I contacted them 19 days after order which was supposed to be shipped 7 to 12 days from order. I received a response, to give them more time. I said no, give me my refund. ?Never heard from hem again nd it is now 30 days. I will be contacting my bank to cancel this order all together. never do business with them

Tee Tung seems to be US based. When I didn't get my order WELL WITHIN promised time of shipment, tbe emails seemed within US also. However, my PayPal was billed to a name that I can't pronounce. It took me weeks and weeks to get my order. Waaaaay after Christmas. Weeks after Christmas, when it was promised by Christmas. They sounded sincere in email. Always saying sorry and it's on its way. Even said how sorry they are to disappoint customers. BUT, I asked for a refund FOUR times, and never got one. Instead, they finally shipped t-shirt when I filed complaint with PayPal. I would have rather had refund after all I went through. I've never in my life written a poor review. This is the first time, but I don't want someone else to experience the poor service I did. Shop somewhere where you can see customer reviews easily!

Ordered a jacket with Vegas golden knights logo. Place the order of $75 with an $8 expediting charge to get here between 5 to 10 days. It never came. Item was placed/ordered via email on the December 2nd - Cyber Monday. I emailed them 10 business days after that on the 13th regarding to where the item is at the moment. Entered track number which showed me every stop until it literally stopped tracking when it was on air cargo en route to the USA, since the 21st of December. The tracking system topped when it was sent on the air cargo. Nothing further on ETA of the USPS to it's destination in Henderson, NV. The checking system simply looked like it froze after many attempts everyday on that parcel.
