Someone called church phone to let us know they were ready to disconnect our electricity. Supposedly the payment we made did not go through and unless we went to family dollar and purchase a utility card today and call them back with the prepaid card we would have to pay 300 dollars to reconnect our service.

The truck is supposedly 2881 spoke to an Alexa. the case number is NM555661 . Then I was suppose to call the 1-888 number and give that case number. They try to make you rush out to purchase prepaid card but I told them I am not running out now I am sick that I would call back at 3. This gave me time to call TECO and was told that it is a scam they would never do that
