This place hacked into our computer and convinced my husband that our computer had a virus and that we should call Microsoft immediately to resolve the issue. My husband fell for it and called the number on the screen and was connected to someone who identified themselves as Lisa Young. They took us for $150.00 to put a cleaner on our computer. Afterwards we realized it was a scam and had to take our computer to Geek Squad to have it professionally cleaned out from whatever they did. The whole ordeal cost use over $350.00. We also had tax documents on the computer that we were not sure if they accessed or not, probably, so we had to open a new checking account, freeze our credit and have a new credit card issued. Next time we will just turn the computer off and back on to see if it resets. Lesson learned.
