This Charge of USD299.99 was setup by you to be Yearly and it has been auto debited from your account today and should appear into your bank statement within 48 hours.
We have tried to contact you on your registered number for queries/update but could not get through. Thus we went ahead with the auto-renewal process.

I called the listed # on the scam e-mail and the respondent asked for my first and last name . I did not provide that information and I informed him I had never purchased a Windows Firewall & Anti-Virus Protection Plan nor had I ever agreed to an auto renewal of such or given any auto pay information ever to anyone and further stated I suspected the e-mail was a scam. The respondent politely admitted it was and hung up.
