purchased a Brother printer called help line on setup sheet began telling the tech "Sam" the issues he wanted to check on the computer for connection came back amd said FOREIGN accounts were blocking the printer needed a credit card to begin checking on solution and if need work then $199 since this was from Brother i said ok IF work 4 hours later - i kept telling him i wanted this to end and he did not just kept my computer hostage then came back said needed the $199 and to return the printer to the store 4 hours and only solution is to return to the store -----i was livid---then a pop came up on my computer that a charge of $218.99 came from CHINA now i was violently livid i said i wanted a printout of the work done - none yet -- and what is this charge from china - i said i wanted a complete printout and an invoice you do not have permission to charge my credit cart (i have since cancelled this card) and you did not provide me with a printout of work and did not fix why i called for help to begin with and not work oon my computer i do not owe you anything an i am still getting overdue bills from september 03, 2019 ( help me if you can BBB)
