On Friday afternoon around 3:14pm I was turning on my computer (I hadn't turned on my computer for 24 hours and the place I had been was on Facebook and didn't have an account but got a code to login for my church) and the screen was all white with the warning that IP address has been hacked or breached, do not turn off your computer, Microsoft has something to do with it. It said to call 1-866-753-2724 I got an agent from IT Live Tech it was a woman she took some information and then she connected me with agent in charge his name was James, once he got permission to fix this, he gave me Pradeep customer ID# B02608 to fix. He began the work, he said don't turn off computer for 50 minutes, don't do any work and he would do all of these things happening, I gave him password to Google account and internet password. They called me from Syracuse number 1-680-800-1147 about an hour later. They had Indian accents. They said they had my computer fixed, everything cleaned up and had installed IT Live Tech Security 855-855-6099, they asked me to docusign and then they printed this receipt off screen DOCUSIGN INC (electronic signing system) 800-493-1370. I signed the document for service performed $199 and 3 years of security for $299 and after 3 yr period a $29 payment and would have for life, then when I questioned him on that he said no after 3 years then I would have coverage for life. I used to have security system Trend Micro that had expired through Geek Squad was paying. He said he was going to put in AVG for free. I gave them credit card information. They continued to talk and remind me of everything they said before, and he asked do you have your screen back as you did one for IT Live Tech and another is Magic something it allows me to allow them to take control of my computer. To get information I click on IT Live.
