I googled a number for Microsoft and called it. The number was not that for Microsoft but Apex Tech said they were a tech company. I just had my iPhone and iPad stolen and was concerned that my email was compromised. I did not realize that it was a lie at the time, but they told me that my email was logged into from various lications and viruses were being loaded into my email. They said for a fee of $199 they would take care of the viruses. I gave them my credit card number and let them work remote through my laptop. They sent me an email with a docu sign attachment. They said they were legal documents and a survey. I refused to sign. They sent me a couple more emails after that to remind me to sign and return to them. I did not sign.
