This is what the email from James Watson/Manager TECHNICAL GURU sent me the reason why we are sending this email to you because we will like to inform you that the service Which you have Signed up for with TECHNICAL GURU has been expired so the service will be automatically renewed in 2 days and the renewal charges will be 800 USD for 4 years contract and it will be automatically debited from your account because you have Signed a contract with TECHNICAL GURU for the auto renewal contract however if you don't want to continue with our service you can call on this number 1-430-808-1952 this our cancellation department number and ask TECHNICAL GURU to cancel the service and after that you will have to fill up a cancellation form in order for the services to get cancelled and we will like to inform you that the service Which you have Signed up for is the computer protection I hope you remember that you called us when you wore facing problem with your computer and quicken so we fixed the problem and you paid us certain amount and the invoice of that contract was sent to your email so kindly call us on 1-430-808-1952 if you wish to cancel the contract otherwise the contract will be renewed automatically and the money will be debited from your account. I called to cancel the contract on June 12, 2018 for a refund and was told that I had to fill out a cancellation form on line and the person that I was talking too told me he would help me but I had to login to my checking account so that he could transfer the money into my account on the screen the transfer looked like it was actually in my account but it wasn't. The person that I spoke to supposedly name Mike told me that he had transferred 2000 in my account and for me to go Walmart and get 6 $250 gifts cards and 1 $200 gift card and for me scratch the number off the back Walmart card and read them to him I took $1700 out of my account to purchase those cards like I said on the screen it looked like the scammer really had put $2000 into my bank account I should have never called him I been scammed. How can I get my money back . the email for this person is [email protected]
