E mail alert computer shut down, infections, call urgent. They have all the right answers, tell you they will insure you security they even supply you with an unique security code so you can identify yourself when calling them.Do a scan of your computer for free, show you all the bad stuff thats in it tell you they will fix it and speed up your computer.After they are done which takes sometime, sell you a program so they can maintain your unit. Will call Every outher day to check on status for several weeks, then you don't hear from them. When service need and you try to contact them, you are put on hold, because all tecks are with other customers, ask for

call_back Number, so tech can call you when he is free. You don't get call-back.
