This "company" alerted us that the computer had security issues, FIRST red flag was that it was a popup that had an 800 number to call for tech support, after trying to close the page, and open and close other pages, nothing was doing anything, so we (us being not that computer smart) thought it was just the "computer's own tech suport", like Dell had for thier products. So we called and the SECOND red flag was, they imidiatly walk you through a process to get them to controle your computer from thier end. They show you what you want to see, such as viruses, and updates that havent updated because things wern't running as they should be. Keep in mind, THEY have controle of the computer...And the THIRD red flag was...this is how they get you, they tell you they can "clean up the problem, on this computer, and up to 5 other devices for up to a year for a fee of $349.99. This includes thier personal extention so you can just call and have them clean your computer up if it is acting slow or anything...But the thing they do is, they clean it up, drop a virus in there that they can controle from thier end, and make your computer act slow at anytime they want. so you call them and you end up spending HOURS on the phone trying to connect the router to a laptop because they say they can clean up the "network" not just the computer, so once they get into all your devices, you may be able to get to the google page, but as soon as you need to type in something to search, you can't get on. And all your devices. Kindels, Tablets, Smart Phones, are all infected. You have to get a REAL IT person to come and clean up the mess.

These are SCAMMERS! And they are smart...They make it look like it is working, and then everything is infected.

We went to our bank and disputed the charges, we will get our money back, but all the damage to the devices is gonna cost us to repair what they have done.

And BTW, they have a different address they send you on thier crappy excuse for recipt, so don't be fooled, these guys are FRUADS! The address on the recipt is
