At night I turned my computer off and the next morning the computer couldn't boot up any longer. I became suspicious and once again called Amazon, this time a different number and got the real agent on the line , after I explained what happened the prior day he checked out my account and told me that there was never anyone who ordered any Iphones and the these peoples I talked to were fake.
Later that day the phone rang and it was a staff member of this company techcrewllc wanting to know if I had sent the money. I explained to him that now my computer would not boot up after one of their people put their hand on it, he replied for me to call back a certain number and a tech would fix it but for me to pay the bill. I replied that I would not do so until the computer was fixed. This is a well organized bunch of scam artists and I hope that BBB can do something about it
