This co has taken over my microsoft server. Then they charged me 499.99 for a lifetime of service. Said hacked by nsa. A couple of days later I received a call stating they had to close their business and refund every ones money. First I had to go to walmart and purchase gift cards in the amount 1500 dollars give them the pin number on the back and I w ould recv my refund. The next day i checked my bank acct and I was left a 0 bal. Claimed bnk of am took all my money. In all after trying to get my refund I lost 3500.00. They claimed I could get this amt back plus 500.00 for my efforts plus they wanted another 1000.00. I informed them that they took all my money and I had no more to send. Fool me once shame on u. Fool me twice shame on me. Now I not only am out 3500.00 (on a fixed income) I have to close my bank acct and start over. I wii also be contacting the fcc. The co kept saying this was not a scam. It truly is. And I allowed myself to get caught up in it.
