I was told my air pods case would arrive in 4 weeks but it never came. I contacted the customer support staff and they assured me that if the product did not arrive within 90 days, I would be given a full refund. 150 days after the purchase there were no updates on the product's status and customer support ignored all of my emails asking for a refund. The phone rang incessantly and the website conveniently did not load anymore.
