I was called and told that I needed to download information to my Dish server. I told him that I needed to talk to the supervisor. He tried to sell me the same lies. I called my Dish provider and they confirmed that it was a scam to try to get me to pay them to restore service after they use my information to shut down my account. She advised me to notify the BBB.
