They were saying they were trying to remove a virus and malware on our computer. They said it was Microsoft problems and that people had been watching our computer and stuff. They connected to the computer showing us all kind of information and then went on to try and get our information for payments. They gave all this information about what they were going to do and then downloaded some stuff to see what they were seeing and all that from there end. Do not fall for this.
