But the person to whom the email was addressed was not me. There was a phone number to call and I called that number. It was 855 613 4767. The name of the sender of the email was Stephen Cremonini. I was on the phone for a long time with him as he gave me instructions to put in my computer. He said he was getting back my money even though I told him there was no money taken from my account. He said he was helping me report to the Better Business Bureau. I did what he asked until the message on the screen opened to a page with Better Business Bureau as the heading. Then I said yes to allowing changes to my computer. But when I gat a message that something was being downloaded to my computer, I shut off my computer and hung up the phone. He called me back but I didn't answer.
