I received email at 8:52 am stating that $387.79 was charged from Geek support. If I had any questions call 804-566-4550. I spoke with Edward Brown who said they would refund the charge. Sign into any desk to authorize refund. I checked my bank account at Truist and $4000 was deposited. I called Mr Brown at 301-900-0585 and told him if the error.. he said since it was a bank holiday to send Game stop cards to him to take money out. Two hours later I noticed in the bank account $4000 was transferred from my savings and the checking account only showed transfer no deposit. Truist fraud department told me there was nothing they could do. I had bought 5 GameStop cards and one Sephora for $500 each. Then I kept getting calls and I stopped.

At 2:41pm I received a text from them
