Tech Supply Center makes cold call claiming to be "your authorized toner supplier". Asks for person they are speaking to. State that they supply our toner, and are going to have a price increase so if we immediatly return a fax order they can get us "another" supply of toner before the price goes up. Place name on order of person who they spoke with and fax order requesting it be immediatly sent back.

Toner price is very inflated over market value. Also charge a large fee for shipping and handleing.
