Scammer was notifying of a tech protection renewal for 12 mos that I never ordered nor use. They said I was charged $261.55 and that amount was paid online and was successful. They include a phone number to call and cancel the service within 24-48 hrs.

I got a call this morning from a man with a slight Hispanic accent. He asked for me. He said "How are you?" I asked why he's calling. He replied "No, how are you?". I said "OK. What do you want?" He hung up. I called back and the message was "You have reached our tech services", then hung up.

I got a call saying that he was going to take from my checking account $299.00 for technical support. This is the second call we've received.

They call your phone stating they can see your computer and see that your have malware problems. They continue call back to back even after you tell them to stop calling.
