Computer pop up says computer is at risk, to contact Tech Secure, Inc. Call and they say they need access to computer, tell you they found some files, do all finds of official looking things to the computer which you can follow on the screen. They tell you for $596.86 you can have lifetime support. Electronic payment via Bank Account, now they have your routing code and bank account number. This all occurred a few days after paying TechLow $299 for the same service.

Sandra Watson claimed to be a Senior Technician at Tech Secure inc. and I allowed remote access to my computer for her to add security software and clean up suspicious files, etc. She showed me 4 names of supposed hackers and added several icons to my computer monitor that were supposed to be security apps. I gave her my checking account number to pay for the software and said I would mail a check for $449.39  the next day. She showed me a one-page invoice receipt and had me choose a digital signature which she cut and pasted at the bottom. The next day, I printed the invoice and discovered 2 more pages attached to the invoice that were called a "Satisfaction Note." It stated that I authorized their service and the purchase, and that they resolved all of my issues. She cut and pasted the digital sinature to the bottom of this note, although I had never seen these two pages. I tried to open the apps and found that they were not installed, so I didn't send the check. Knowing they had my account number, I closed the account and changed all of my passcodes, with the help of a reputable computer technician. The bogus address where I was to mail the check is 1633 Greer Ave. Homestead, Florida, 33035. This is different from the address on the invoice and according to google neither address is a company. Today a woman named "Sheri from Tech Secure" called for the check and I told her the apps were bogus so I wasn't sending the check, and that I was reporting them to the ScamPulse.com. She said that she has a screen shot of the apps on my computer and my signature of authorization, and would be taking legal action against me. Although their website looks fairly professional, they never sent an email confirmation of anything! I'm still worried that they have some of my personal information after having access to my computer. These people need to be shut down and jailed!
