I had been scammed out of $8000 by another computer company that I thought was Alight solutions. Once the scam was complete Alight solutions contacted me to say I was scammed. they put me through to Tech Secure Inc to help me with my problem. The date was January 24, 2017. They said they would place a net work blocker on my computer for $1457.86 which I should send in regular mail by moneygram. I checked their phone number and it did not belong to a company. I decided not to send the money gram. The next day they called to tell me that the install was complete: however my computer was completely turned off and not accessed by the company remotely. Since then they have been calling me on my cell and land line for payment. I refuse to talk to them. The calls stopped for 1 week and just restarted February 20th. Today I got a letter stating they were taking civil legal action against me with John F Scholes and Associates 7950 NW 53rd St Suite 105 Miami Florida 33166. There is no lawyer by that name with the Florida Bar Association. I have reported them to the internet crime complaint bureau as well as the Federal trade commission.
