Consumer had Macafee and it was saying that their membership was going to lapse, so they transferred consumer over to the Tech Nutor Informatics. The business stated that their Macafee antivirus wasn't enough and persuaded the consumer to switch to their company. A few weeks later, consumer received a call from the company, and the company stated they wanted to refund her money that she had lost, but that she had to turn her computer on in order for them to issue her refund.
