Purchased outside storage units through https://technewsdigests.net on 9/1/2023, and after completing the purchase, I received a Paypal request from https://www.paypal.com/invoice/p/#INV2-8H5L-AAKG-92QE-HRNT; the request was from (Singapore) Co., Ltd. The PayPal request was for shipping expenses, but the webpage and confirmation email stated shipping was included in the price.

The confirmation email from [email protected] included a tracking number and link to the tracking web page (https://dvftrack.com/). The tracking web page provided step-by-step status updates. On 11/30/2023, the order status update stated that the EMS delivery company picked up the order, but a tracking number for EMS was never provided.

The last tracking page update was on 12/05/2023; "Item will be delivered within 2 weeks to customer." As of 12/27/2023, the order has not been delivered, and I have not received status updates or EMS tracking number.
