The same thing happened to me where I placed the order for the treadmill on 1/25. It is now 3/7 and I still have not received this product. I contacted customer service and was given a tracking number for the wrong address. I informed them of this and have had no response.

I emailed them asking for a tracking number because it’s been well over a month since I placed my order. I received a tracking number but it wasn’t for the address that I submitted. I asked for a refund or that they ship my order to the correct address. It’s been over a week and they still haven’t responded to try to resolve the matter.
