A popup appeared on my computer screen with message of virus on my computer. After trying to delete it I called the number that appeared with message. I spoke to "tech support" and to take it off my computer I needed to give access to my computer. After paying 549.45 in 10/2019 I could get back into my computer.

Received email on 5/1/21 with message of renewing for 3 years at 323.76 and needed to reply in 24hrs. I spoke with David today who needed access to my computer again to take it off. I questioned the reason and allowed access again. I questioned why access needed to be given and was not given an acceptable answer. I became angry and ordered the money to be put back on my account and advised I would be reporting this to the BBB.
