I called to get my computer repaired, internet protection for 2 years. They seemed like a reputable company, but they wanted me to pay up front. Once they got the payment, in the form of my E-check, they said they would issue a refund to my checking acct. within 2/3 days. They even sent me a Tech Intel Agreement. This was in May, 2018 for an amount of $690.00. They just sent me another email stating, "your tech will Renew in an amount of, $249.99." Please help stop this company.
