This "company" has ads on Facebook for tech accessories like ear pods, phone cases, charging docks, mobile phone holders, etc. The company first called themselves Innovative Tech when I made my initial order of 2 pairs of ear pods on April 12th using a credit card. Now when you go to www.innovativetech.store I've noticed you are redirected to www.techaccessorized.com. They're shipping policy states orders will be processed in 2-3 days. I have tried calling their number listed on the website only for an automatized voice come on saying they must search for the Google customer. I have tried calling several different times at various times of the day but have been unable to reach anyone. I have also used their "contact us" form on their website to inquire about as a status as my order still shows paid but "unfulfilled status." Noone has contacted me even though their online form states someone will contact you within 24 hours. I have also tried contacting them asking for a full refund without any response. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone with this so called "company."
