Antivirus software warning popped up with a phone to call on 1/25/16. Called that number and was told our computer was hacked and needed to upgrade our antivirus protection. Gave credit card info and was billed $250 to my credit card. They added icons to desk top reflecting new software was added. Three weeks later was contacted by calling directly to my cell and was told that software was attacked also and we needed a different one. Was told original money would be refunded because this one was more expensive. This time they would only accept debit checking info. They took us to an Amazon site to process $281.99. They are constantly calling wanting access to my computer. Never received refund.
