I received an alert on my computer to not shut it off it was infected with a virus. Was told to call the number on the screen. They told me it was with our IP Address and would infect all the devises using our wifi connections. We never had this happen and didn't know what to do. They said they would take care of it and remotely entered our computer. The cost was a lot. I'm in the process of stopping the check they had me scan to them. The amount they got as $600.00.

A costly lesson. I'm sure they will try and contact me if the check does not cash.
