I came across an ad via FACEBOOK showing electric 4X4 scooters on sale for a low cost showcasing it as a one time deal expiring within approximately 30 minutes. I made an initial purchase after reviewing the website feeling that it definitely seemed legit and was immediately sent a coupon for a buy one get one free. Stupidly I jumped on it! I made another purchase but forgot to add the coupon code so I ordered again but requested the previous order to be cancelled. After making the last and final purchase I waited to receive feedback from their fake customer service email which is the only way to contact anyone. I received feedback two days later stating that the order could not be cancelled because the parcels had already shipped by the time they received the email. They asked that I accept the package when it arrived and if I still wanted to return it they would assist me in a return but the item was already en route. Approximately four days after that I decided to check the status of the shipping via their website https://www.tecageo.shop/pages/contact-us only to find all three packages were showing they had not yet shipped! It was then I knew I got scammed. I reached back out via the email only to be ignored and receive silence. Later they sent me tracking numbers on all three orders and suggested I download a tracking app called 17Track for which I did and pulled up all tracking numbers which showed them all en route but still in China. On initially purchasing the scooters the website shows United Kingdom. I realized then that I’ve been had. As of today August 3rd all parcels show delivered but I have not received one nor does the tracking show what carrier they were delivered through or where they were delivered. I have reached out again via the email expressing my concern for the items I paid for and not receiving anything at all. I still have not heard anything back from the supposed sellers customer support email. I also marked all items as not delivered via the app but I am skeptical at this point that the app is even legit considering the tracking numbers were clearly faked. Please help!! Thank you.
