I received another Employment Scam. I applied for remote positions on Indeed. I have successfully gotten hired twice before the pandemic and have not ever experienced scams before while applying for Indeed. I thought I would share this with anyone in hope it could help employment platforms like Indeed to not allow these "employers" post positions without verifying their business. Because this is not done so, my social security and personal information is out there. I have attached photos of Vangaurd Chain Solutions and an HR rep named: Tiara Reeder. When I responded: "Is there any required equipment I need to purchase or invest in?" I didn't get a reply. I know there are more scams out there. But this is my second one. I began to apply on company web sites again like how it used to be. I am middle age and wanted a Remote position because I would like to be home at work with my children. But Indeed is no longer dependable or safe. I have that many people have experienced Employment Scams on Linkedin too. Please call the businesses. If its a busy signal or non-working, do not proceed with their "interview" and block them. Please beware.
