I made a purchase online through an instragram post. I received the item, but it was cheaply made and did not fit. I followed their return policy online for a refund, and met all of their criteria. They refused to provide me information to process the return for a refund. They tried to offer me a 10% credit and then eventually came up to 40% but I continued to ask for the information to return the product so I could get my full refund as their website described and they stopped all communication with me.
