Teacup breeder home is a SCAM!!! I went on the website teacup breeder home, the website looked legit it said photos and availability were updated every other day. I found a teacup Yorkie named Leah that I emailed them about off of the website under contact us. They emailed me back from [email protected] and acted concerned and wanted to know about me... They wanted to know where I was from, who was in my household, if I had other dogs, if I had a vet close by, what was the closest aiport and if I went send photos of the dog every month. Then they told me how they will ship the dog to me in 48 hrs of receiving the money by plane and since I'm from new york I liked that option. I asked how I pay for the dog, the scammer gave me three options, Zelle, apple pay or western union. I choose Zelle, he told me to send it to [email protected] then take a screenshot of it so they could start filling out the paperwork. Luckily my bank blocked it from going through. After I sent the screenshot they told me it never went through so luckily we agreed that I would give it a day to see if it went through before I did western union. After it was rejected for suspicious activity I started to question if this was a scam. I got an email the next morning saying it didn't go through I asked the scammer for more photos of the dog Leah I picked out and I got more photos of the dog Leah from the photoshoot the original breeder put online so I asked for more photos and not from the photoshoot and I got photos of a completely different dog, I knew it wasn't Leah. They sent me the other photos of a dog (not from the photoshoot so not Leah) and their western union info, name: Dean Jonah, city: Denver, State: Colorado, postal code: 80222 and the amount of $499. I haven't heard from the scammer since they obviously sent me a different dog when I asked for a pic of Leah right now not from the photoshoot. I looked online and I eventually found Leah she was sold 5 years ago, they just stole her photos. I also now after the fact realize I couldn't leave a review and when I started to read them, two of them were the exact same?. I will attach photos of Leah, the dog I wanted to purchase, (wish I could attach the photo the scammer sent me of Leah not from the photoshoot but it only allows me to attach 1 photo). Hopefully this will save the next person!
