I paid for a puppy on a fb page. It seemed ok at first. The puppy said it would fly out using flight pet tracking after payment. I made the first payment then the started asking for more. I paid my second deposit through zelle. Puppy was $500 and zelle only allows $300 a day limit on new accounts. I set up zelle (their method of payment) for the puppy. Then supposedly the puppy was taken to the shipping company. I then got a tracking number, then an email that the crate provided wasn't up to standard. I needed to pay $500 for the correct crate. I talked with the seller of the puppy through messenger and text, and he said he couldn't pay for the better crate and I would need to. It took me a day to get all the funds together and daily zelle limits but I paid for the crate. Then the second I paid I got a message their is an issue with the puppy. It doesn't have his vaccines to fly. They need the 4 shots at $150 each and then they will ship him. At this time I knew something wasn't right, I asked for proof of puppy a picture with him, his new crate, something. Excuse after excuses. Hundreds of message between this group trying to get me to pay more money. I asked for a refund due to them not completing the service we agreed upon , then I was told the puppy shipped and can't be picked up. Then the puppy was delayed..The seller during this time was just sending messages about paying for the puppy, save the puppy and so one and so one. Then they stared getting more pushing. I told them I wouldn't pay anything more until I was shown proof of a puppy, I was out 1,190.00 by this point for a $500 dog. Supposedly I got the price from the shots down from $600 to $200 and I still refused to pay. They still won't show me proof of puppy. Then the seller started saying they put a cash deposit down for the $400 and if I would just pay the $200 it would be ok. Well, I didn't. The story just keeps going on and on,back and forth until I called them out on fraud.
