I found this site when searching for a CavaPoo Puppy. I found a puppy I was interested in getting more information about, so I submitted an inquiry on their website. The next morning, I received a response via text and email, answering my questions. I tried calling to talk, but would only hear responses via text. After getting my questions answered, including additional photos and videos of the puppy, I submitted a payment of $700 via zelle to Edward Egnor. He let me know that he dropped the puppy off at the puppy transport facility, and gave me a tracking number for the puppy. I received an email from Starwood Pets Transportation with my tracking number as well. When I went to the site and typed in the tracking number, it showed all the appropriate information for the dog, but indicated that the dog was being shipped to me in Colorado. I live in Akron Ohio, so I texted Edward that this was a mistake. He said Starwood would get it fixed in the morning. I called Starwood and left a message, and asked Edward to call me. He would not call and only answered some of my quotations. Even this morning he is trying to tell me my puppy is on the way. However, the puppy is still listed as available on the website. A friend inquired about the dog to see what Edward would do, and he offered the dog to him as well. I requested repayment on Zelle. When I told him I did not believe I would receive my puppy, his response was, “I’m a man of my words and a Christian. I have kids i can’t be so heartless and cruel to you and your family. You’ve already paid for your so the baby belongs to you! Please calm down. The company will get back to you shortly.”
