I placed an order online for tea wiy this company on 2/12 and I haven't received it. They said it takes 10 business days for shipping however the owner said it's been 17 business days and I'll get tracking once the item is on the truck. She also stated that there are no cancellations or refunds for the products. I'll receive tracking once it's on the truck leaving the business. There are several other people that haven't received their orders from February as well. Owner states that these are nutritional supplements but in website it says they sell teas
