I tries to pay for parking on my phone. Pay by phone app. It kept popping up asking for my 3 digit code.i tried several times. I scrolled down and it said Puerta Rico. So I got out of the app and didn't pay anything. But 39.95 was taken from my checking account. I cancelled my debit card and got a new one. But now they keep trying to take out 1.95. The band returned the 39.95 to me but I am worried they have my info.
