got 2 dollar store non animated, non projecting, non talking pumpkins.
Took over a month to even get the things and the return policy required them to be sent back in the original packaging, which arrived too damaged to even try to send back.

I purchased a hallowing talking pumpkin for $65 dlls weeks ago. It never arrived. I emailed them and there has been no response. The add was on FB for the pumpkin

ORDERED A SMART HELMET WITH HEAD-UP DISPLAY, REVIEW CAMERA, ETC FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.
THEY STOLE THE AD FEATURING THIS HELMET FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE AND WHAT TURNED UP IN THE MAIL WAS A CHEAP BIT OF PLASTIC WITH NO FEATURES WHICH I THROUGH IN THE RUBBISH. WENT THROUGH THE SAME THING THAT THE PEOPLE ABOVE WENT THROUGH, EMAILING BACK AND FORTH...BUT NOTHING!
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN ITEM FOR REFUND.

I also ordered 2 of the "The Child" animatronic figures for a total of $99.98. I got one 3" baby yoda ornament instead. I opened a dispute with paypal to try an get my money back. I followed every step of the process including sending the SCAM product back to the seller.
Paypal closed the dispute saying it was not in my favor.
This is shameful.

I did the same and getting the run around aswell companies like that shouldnt be aloud to sell anything I bought a vaby yoda as a birthday gift for a fan and i also got this tiny ornament looking thing not what was advertised and in order for me to get a full refund i gave to spend 150$ sending it back to get my 52.97$ refunded ive exchanged a ton of email for mothing i would have had better luck if i wiuld have jumped in a hamster wheel probably nothing can be done sibce this company is in china

Same they offer first a 10 % refund then 20% refund only way to get a full refund was to send back to china and I pay for shipping plus

I spent $95.94 on two baby yoda toys. One was supposed to be their "Conventional" version for $29.98 plus tax and the other was supposed to be their "Upgraded version" (resin material) for $49.98 plus tax. I began contacting them with the issue on June 7, 2020. I have went back and forth with a representative of theirs and have literally gotten nowhere. They finally agreed to give me a partial refund of $23.99 within 7 business days from June16, 2020 and that still hasn't happened. The problem is, I received two of the EXACT same items that were 2.5 inches tall that do nothing. Nothing that their advertisements have said it was, is what I received. I am completely outraged by all of this.
